"A build up tension within your body can lead to physical and/or emotional fatigue, which may affect your career and personal life. Taking care of your body is not just an investment in your career, but an investment in your length and health of your life. If only I could have found someone with the skills my body and mind required when I was a student and performer, I would have danced longer, stronger, and happier." Sharee Wilson.
